AYNOR - Sally Jane Alford, 86, of Cartrette Road, died Monday, July 19, 1999, at Loris Community Hospital after an illness.
She was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late George and Amanda Hardwick Johnson.
She was the widow of Archie Alford.
She was a member of Berea Baptist Church and Woodmen of the World.
Survivors include four sons, Lester Alford, Wayne Alford, Billy Elbert Alford and Jessie B. Alford, all of Conway; two daughters, Evelyn Page of Aynor and Elma Jane Johnson of Conway; two sisters, Synatha Gasque of Conway and Claudia Allen of Aynor; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Leamon Alford, and two grandsons, Earl Alford and Johnnie Alford.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway chapel.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Berea Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
