In 1902 Clyde Lanier King and two partners purchased the Walker-Sims Plow Company, reorganized the company and renamed it Atlanta Agricultural Works (Later changed to Atlanta Plow Company and then King Plow Company).
The property now is the King Plow Arts Center.
