Funeral services for Mr. Wade Aday, 64, prominent business man and long time resident of Atlanta will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at the First Methodist Church in Atlanta with the Rev. Larry Stokes officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Crest Cemetery. The body will remain at the family residence until 3 p.m. when it will be removed to the church to lie in state for one hour. Mr. Aday had won a trip to Florida in connection with his store, Aday Furniture Company. He had driven his car to Little Rock and left it while on the trip. He was intending to drive it home Wednesday, but discovered it had a flat tire. He spent Tuesday night with a business friend who found him dead in bed Wednesday morning when he was attempting to awaken him for breakfast. Mr. Aday is survived by his widow, Mrs. Wade Aday; three sisters, Mrs. Harry Colay, Magnolia, Ark., Mrs. O. J. Bates and Mrs. Pearl Long, both of Houston, Texas; one brother, Dr. L. C. Aday of Houston.
