Born in Clarksville, TN. Frances, a homemaker, loved to bake, crochet, and garden. She was an active "living legend" at Alexander AME Church, Evansville since the 50s & involved with the choir, Missionary Board, Women's Guild amongst other activities.
She is survived by son, Charles Edward Mosley with wife Miyoko, granddaughters Margaret (Merrill), Diahann and great-granddaughter Nicole of Philadelphia, PA and the AME family.
Service will be at Noon, Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at Alexander AME Church, 840 E Walnut St, Evansville, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10am-Noon at the church.
