Herman L. Gebhart Died Saturday
After an Illness Of Only Four
Days.
The death of Herman L. Gebhart
occurred at the family home on Kelly
street at 4:30 o'clock Saturday after-
noon, his death resulting after four
day's illness, and was due to a compli-
cation of ailments. The deceased was
38 years of age, and was well known
in the city. When taken ill his condi-
tion was not alarming, but after 4
o'clock Saturday afternoon, he became
violently ill. A physician was hur-
riedly summoned, but before he could
reach his bedside, the man was in a
dying condition and soon breathed his
last.
Mr. Gebhart was the son of Louis
Gebhardt, and besides the father he is
survived by his widow and four chil-
dren. The children are Pearl Gebhardt,
Carl Gebhardt, Fred Gebhardt and Ern-
est Gebhardt. Two brothers and four
sisters also survive. They are Chris
tian and August Gebhardt, Mrs. Louis*
Gille, Mrs. Charles Factor, and Mrs. Jo-
seph Myers, all of this city, and Mrs.
Walter Martin, of Jackson, O.
The funeral services will be held at
the late residence at 1 o'clock Tues-
day morning, Rev. C. L. Alspach of-
ficiating. Interment will be made in
Greenwood Cemetery.
