Roy Howard King, 64, of Buford, died Thursday.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Tapp Funeral Home with the Rev. McHoyt Moore officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest cemetery.
Mr. King was a native of Buford and worked as a machine operator at the Lovable Co. in Buford. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his daughter, Vanita Addington; grandchildren, Crystal Addington and Carla Addington; sisters, Betty King and Margaret Gardner, all of Buford.

During World War II, Howard drove a truck for the Red Ball Express in Europe.
*Currently there is no marker on Howard's grave. He is buried between (his daughter) Vanita K. Addington and (his wife) Elizabeth Stephens King.
