James F. Mullen, a moulder age 29 of 4 First Street, married Annie Louise O'Keefe age 26 of 88 Somerset, Avenue. He was born in Burlington, CT, the son of John and Ann (O'Brien) Mullen. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of Simon F. and Johanna (Halihan) O'Keefe

James filed his WWI draft registration card when he and Annie were living at 51 First Street in Taunton and he was working as an iron moulder, At that time he was described as having a medium height and build with blue eyes and black hair.
