Mrs. Albert (Leona) McCartney entered into eternal rest Tuesday, November 8, 1981.

Funeral services for Mrs. Albert (Leona) McCartney, 63, who died Tuesday, will be at 2p.m. Sunday in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Vida Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. McCartney was born on a farm near Lacy July 18, 1918. She and Albert McCartney were married Aug. 26, 1944, at Kingfisher and moved to Enid about two years later, living there since that time.

She attended the Maine Nazarene Church. Mrs. McCartney was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her husband Albert of the home, four sons, Marvin McCartney, stationed with the United States Navy at Norfolk, Va., Ross McCartney, Enid, Delmar Murray, Midwest City, and Darrel Muray, Crescent; two daughters, Mrs. George (Bertha May) Eckhardt and Mrs. Bill L. (Estellene C.) Morrow; 20 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Loretta Granteer, Yucca Valley, Calif.; two brothers Othel Beebe, Hennessey, and Guy C. Beebe, El Reno.
