Margareth Boring, 80, of New Florence RD 2 died Saturday, Feb. 13, 1999 at Emerson Square Personal Care Home, Indiana. Mrs. Boring was born Nov. 27, 1918 in Robinson. She was a member of Germany United Methodist Church, West Wheatfield Twp. and the Robinson VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Her hobby was embroidering quilt patches for the Laurel Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Minnie Penrose Brett, along with her husband Orville A. in 1991, her son Wesley, her brothers James and Dale, her sister Bebe Antonacci and a son-in-law Robert Scarff. Survivors include her daughter Olores I. Scarff a daughter-in-law, Gloria Boring, both of New Florence RD 2; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; Also surviving are five sisters and brothers, Betty Potts and Jean Fulcomer, both of Robinson, Harold of Greensburg, Jack of North Bend, Wash. and Audean Hall of New Florence RD 2; Also her sister-in-law, Pearl Brett of Robinson. Services were held Tuesday at Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence, Rev. R. Kenneth Keiper officiating. Interment followed in Germany Lutheran Cemetery, West Wheatfield Twp.
