Lewis Z. Stultz, 83, of Marlboro Road, Stephens City, died Sunday at Winchester Medical Center.
A graveside service will be conducted Thursday at 2 p. m. at Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum by Dr. Robert M. Throckmorton.
Mr. Stultz was born 27 Jul 1919 in Winchester, son of Lewis E. and Margaret R. Zirkle Stultz.
He was a department supervisor for Ashworth Brothers Inc. for 34 years. He was a member of Market Street United Methodist Church.
Surviving is his wife, Thelma C. Hubard Stultz.
