Funeral services for Billy Wood, former well known Chillicothean whose death occurred in Los Angeles Thursday, were held Saturday and burial was in Forest Lawn cemetery.
Mr. Wood left here in 1907 to make his home with his sister, Miss Lilla B. Wood, who for many years was employed in the Farmer's Store here. Miss Wood is the only survivor. Another sister, Mary Rose Wood, died about a year ago.
Mr. Wood's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Wood, lived here many years.
