Joshua was the loving son of Connie Hall (Lee) Welsh and Joe Carlin. Joshua was born in East Liverpool, Ohio. His grandparents were David and Cheryl Hall of Negley and Curtis Carlin and the late Betty Carlin of Glenmoor.
Joshua leaves behind his son, Luke Carlin, and two brothers, Jacob and David Carlin. He also leaves behind two uncles, Jeff and Joe and his wife Sharon Hall as well as a nephew Brennan Carlin and seven cousins, Jessica Baldwin, Colton Hall, Zach Hubbard, Monica Hall, Tyler Hubbard, Breanna Hall and Ashli Hall.
Services will be held Friday at Dawson's Funeral Home from 2-4 and 6-8. The funeral will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday. Burial will be at Columbiana Memorial Park.
