The 1900 census shows (Aug&Lil) were married 15 years, she had 4 children/3 living: Pearl 12, Clarence 10 & Florence 4
WestPark index has her but spelled wrong; her death certificate shows her son Clarence was the informant.

Lillian & Joseph were not buried near each other. Same area, Section 15, but differant rows-(tiers)- Joe in 30 and Lillian in 41, about 11 rows separated north to south. And the grave plots run east to west, so Joe at #70 and walking west to Lillian at #143, then south to row 41.
