Michael (Mike) Avery, 22, Washington St., Caro, died suddenly May 26, as the result of an auto accident.
He was born Aug. 5, 1968 in Caro.
Mike was a 1966 graduate of Caro High School and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Caro. He was employed by United Parcel Service in Cass City for the past 3 years. He was a member of 339 Brotherhood of the Teamsters. An avid sports fan, he was a member of the Caro baseball travelling league.
He is survived by his parents; one brother and sister-in-law; one sister; grandparents; one nephew; his fiance and several aunts, uncles, great-aunts and uncles and cousins.
Funeral services were scheduled Wedmesday, May 29, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Caro, with Rev. David E. Hollender officiating.
Burial was in Indianfields Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or St. Paul Lutheran Church.
