Mrs. Allie Quiett, 77, died March 8 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mabel Foster, 1436 Topeka. She was born July 9, 1876, in Ozawkie and was postmistress at Ozawkie more than 30 years. She was a member of the Ozawkie Evangelical-United Brethren Church.
Besides her daughter, she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. George Gillman, Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. H. C. Martin, Topeka; three brothers, Walter and Joe Swing, Ozawkie, and Ross Swing, Topeka; two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral servides will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Eslinger Funeral Home with burial in Ozawkie Cemetery.
