Dr. C.D. Elhouse pronounced death caused by Mitral Insufficiency. The informant was J.B. Williams of 320 South Wheeling Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri.
Richard was born June 5, 1841, in Morgan County, the son of Joseph and Rachel (Laremore) Williams. Richard was a retired farmer. He was a widower of Louiza Jane (Williams) Williams.
Arrangements were under the direction of Spillers Undertaking and burial was in Mt. Carmel Cemetary.
