Ida Mae Hyde died at a local nursing home. Mrs. Hyde was born in Rogers, Texas. After the death of her husband, James Otto Hyde, in 1939, she moved to Waco.
She worked at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center until her retirement in 1969.
She was a member of North Waco Baptist Church.
Survivors: Two daughters and four sons, one sister, 24 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
