Zura, age 90, passed away at Sunset Nursing Center in Coal Grove. She was the daughter of Shelby Sr. and Thelma (Flowers) Chinn. She married Jess Brammer, then married Clarence Lacy. She was preceded in death by both husbands, her infant son, Thomas Brammer, and her siblings, Shelby Chinn Jr., Dwight Chinn, Ethel Lois Willets, and Hattie Niekirk. She is survived by her children, Ronald Brammer and Diana Gillette, three granddaughters, one great-granddaughter, and her sister, Arlene Ellison. Funeral services were held at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home. Interment was in Leatherwood Cemetery.
