Tommy Riggs was born on January 25, 1939 to Walter Franklin and Myrtie Reno (Graves) Riggs in Jacksboro, Texas. He passed away on October 9, 2007 in Jacksboro. He was 68 years old.

He attended school in Jacksboro and graduated from Jacksboro High School. He was a United States Army Veteran and a retired electrician. He was a member of IEBW (Electrical Union) and he was also a photographer for FBI. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Cecil, Lewis and Walter Riggs and a sister Louise Stutt.

He is survived by his brothers Bobby Riggs and Don Riggs of Jacksboro and a sister Alta Haines of Courd'alene, Idaho.

Services will be Friday October 12, 2007 at 1:30pm at the First United Methodist Church in Jacksboro. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
