She is also survived by two daughters: Nanette (Lilie) Isenbarger and her husband Robert of New Haven and Susan (Lilie) Gallmeyer and her husband Byron of Hoagland; a step-daughter, Lesa (Randal) Wilke of Clinton; a step-son, Mitchel (Laura) Bortner of Holland, Mich.; six grandchildren: Mark Isenbarger, Brian Isenbarger, Matthew Gallmeyer, Kristen Gallmeyer, Rachel Gallmeyer and Audrey Bortner; a sister, Jane Egbert of Anna.
Mrs. Bortner worked for Blackwell's Department Store and Lincoln National/Wells Fargo Bank in New Haven and Cumberland Bank and Fort Campbell Credit Union in Bowling Green, Ky.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Auburn.
She was also a member of the Lullaby Club, Tuesday at Ten Knitting Club, Just For Fun Group, Red Hats, OWLS and Beta Sigma Phi International. She loved shopping, bowling, square dancing and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Feller & Clark Funeral Home, 1860 S. Center St., Auburn, with the Rev. Ted Jansen officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and one hour before the service on Monday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Memorials may be directed to the First United Methodist Church or to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
