Anna came to America with her parents when she was 10 years of age and they settled in Philadelphia,Pen. She was a member of the Spruce St. Baptist Church of Philadelphia. She is survived by six children two sons and four daughters. 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
Her first husband Caleb Charman was struck by lightning and killed in Colorado. She married Alexander Brazelton's uncle, Clabourn Brazelton. Clabourn was the brother of William Brazelton. She lived in Iowa with Clabourn until his death and then she moved back to Elbert, Colorado to live with her daughters until she passed away.
