"Sally" Inita Grubbs was born Jan. 4, 1934 in Terrell, Texas. She died peacefully at home in Taylor, Mi. on Oct. 27, 2011. She was 77 years old. She was preceded in death by her father Michael Moss Rasbury, mother Reppie Beatrice Rushing, brother Curtis Rasbury and son David Henry Grubbs.
She is survived by her loving husband Thomas Grubbs, son Curtis Grubbs and wife Dency, daughter Vickie Zieminski and husband Michael, siblings: Ruby Marrero, Michael and Phyllis Rasbury, Miriam and Richard Spence, four grandchildren: Chris Grubbs, Carrie Flaniken Grubbs, Phillip Toland and Angela Toland, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was laid to rest on Oct. 30 at Oakland Memorial Park in Terrell. David Chisholm, minister, officiated.
