My ggg-grandmother Mary Toothaker d/o Nathaniel and Ruth (Coombs) Toothaker married first 1813 Nathaniel Evans. They had four children. Widowed she married second 1826 widower David Patch . By him she had a son, Nathaniel, born when she was 41. From Maine Mary now widowed a second time and some of her Evans children and son, Nathaniel Patch, move first to Ohio and in the spring of 1841 to Henry Co, Iowa and then to Jefferson Co where she lived until her death.
