Mrs. Sarah A. Allen (nee Watson) was born in Bollinger County, June 25, 1852, died near Zalma, August 10, 1911. When the summons came she was prepared to depart in peace. The funeral service was conducted by the writer and her body was laid to rest in the Clubb Creek Cemetery. May the great God she loved and served comfort and sustain the bereaved husband and children and bring them at the end of life's pilgrimage, to the heaven of eternal rest.
