Mrs. Jolaine Deal Crouch, 76, of Hamburg, died Monday, November 7, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Crouch was a native of Crossett and a resident of Hamburg for the past 54 years. She was a retired house painter and interior decorator and she was a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church. She loved to cook, work in her garden, doing arts and crafts and making stained glass.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Crouch, Jr. in 2009; her parents, Abner & Alice Jones Deal; a brother, Harold Deal and a sister, Madonna Sue Deal.
She is survived by two daughters, Debra Gallineau and husband, Don, of Alexandria, Louisiana; Anissa Mausehardt and husband, Neal, of Hamburg; a son, Gregory Crouch of Hamburg; two brothers, James Deal of Crossett and Jerry Deal of Hamburg; four sisters, Syble Hutts of Crossett, Linda Kelley of Hamburg, Rosemary Martin of Crossett and Martha Pennington of Hamburg; three grandchildren, Nathan, Chance & Casey and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 10 a.m., Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at the North Crossett First Baptist Church with Rev. Robin Allen officiating. Burial will be in the Flat Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Ashley County Cares, PO Box 366, Hamburg, AR 71646 or to the Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 1533 HWY 52 West, Crossett, AR 71635.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
