Maxie Elizabeth Harris Anglin, 64, died Sunday, Jan. 9, at Williamson Medical Center. Mrs. Anglin was a resident of Franklin's Bending Chestnut Community. She was a member of the Bending Chestnut Baptist Church and a warehouse coordinator at CPS Corp. Mrs. Anglin was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton Anglin; a sister, Estelle Anglin; and a brother, Vance Harris. Survivors include her mother, Bertha Sullivan of Franklin; a daughter, Angela Elizabeth Anglin; two sons, Dwight Carlton Anglin and Anthony Patrick Anglin, all of the Bending Chestnut Community; four sisters, Freeda Anglin of the Bending Chestnut Community, Zelma Gordon of Lyles, Everna Anglin of the Bending Chestnut Community and Mildred Mize of Indianapolis; two brothers, Lester Harris of Fairview and Kenneth Harris of Cody, Wyo.; and four grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 12, at 11 a.m., at Franklin Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Fox officiating. Burial will be in the Anglin cemetery. Active pallbearers will be nephews. Franklin Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
