She was born in Flushing, Ohio, on March 5, 1919, daughter of the late Anniston and Eva Russell Fritter.
She was a retired employee from the former New Co-Op of Flushing and a homemaker; a member of the Flushing United Methodist Church; former member of the St. Clairsville Professional and Business Women's Club; a member of the Freeport Chapter 319 Order of Eastern Star and honorary member of the Flushing Garden Club.
Helen loved flowers and took pride in all her flowers especially her roses.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Albright and a brother, Halfred Fritter.
Surviving are her daughter, Linda Alexander of Flushing; two grandsons, Corey (Erica) Alexander and Shelby (Wendy) Alexander; 5 great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kari, Ian, Devon and Dominic Alexander.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 4 to 9 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Pastors Robert Merritt and David Powell officiating.
Burial will follow in Rock Hill Cemetery, Flushing.
Freeport Chapter 319 O.E.S. will conduct services on Tuesday at the funeral home at 7 p.m.
