(LAFAYETTE) Cathleen Adams, 87, of LaFayette died Friday, Oct. 21, 2005, at George H. Lanier Nursing Home, Valley. Services were Monday, Oct. 24, at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Christian Church, Union Hill, with the Rev. Barry Brooks officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Miss Adams was a native of Chambers County, born April 22, 1918. She was retired from Fairfax Mill after 40 years of service and was a member of Pleasant Grove Christian Church.
She is survived by a sister, Agnes Mangram of Roanoke; and nieces and nephews.
