Mrs. John Thill

Mrs. John Thill, 72, Remsen, died Saturday. (Dec. 9, 1972) at Floyd Valley Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Dec. 12 at St. Mary's Catholic church at Remsen with Rt. Rev. Msgr. F. P. Schultes officiating.

Burial will be in the parish cemetery under direction of the Fisch funeral home.

The rosaries will be recited at 3 and 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Thill, the former Blanche Delperdang, was born Dec. 18, 1889, at Alton. She was a longtime resident of Remsen.

She was married Jan. 23, 1923, at Remsen. Mr. Thill died in November 1972.

Survivors are a son, Roland of Rhodes; a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Doris) Madden of Kingsley; 25 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a brother, George of Remsen and a sister, Mrs. Ulrich (Martha) Bunkers of Sioux City.
