Helen Campbell-Mills, the daughter of Celia Polk and Romeo Campbell, married Thomas Mills Sr of Georgia, the mother of Thomas Jr, Craigan, John and my grandmother Carlotta. Helen and Thomas operated a Clothing & Hat shop in the heart of Natchez, MS before moving to Memphis, TN where she died. They specialized in tailoring uniforms for police departments. --Billy Miller
