Robert Anderson of Port St. John, FL died at the Royal Oaks Rehabilitation Center in Titusville, FL. Robert was a U.S. Navy veteran (CWO 3). He was a 23 year veteran of the U.S. Navy retiring as Chief Warrant Officer 3 who served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Robert served aboard the USS Independence CVA-62 and USS Guadalcanal LPH-7. He was a Lifetime Member of the Loyal Order of Moose, a member of the American Legion, Amvets, Elks and Eagles. He is survived by his first wife, Helen; children, Robert M. Anderson and Teresa A. Cory; 5 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. His second wife, Mary K Anderson died in May 2003. His ashes will be interred on Friday, October 28, 2011 with honors.
