Some were fooled by Mrs. Moy petite elderly exterior, but just by watching her cook, you could tell she had more energy than most people half her age. Her zest for life came from the love of and for her family. Mrs. Moy worked from sunrise to sunset at her restaurant up until her early 80's in age. She created and cooked some of the best dishes anyone could ever taste & cherish. Calling her the sweetest lady ever doesn't justify her kindness.
