Mrs. Koerner was graduated from Peoria high school, and was a lifelong member of First Evangelical United Brethren church, Union Mother's club and Seventh Ward Republican club.
Surviving are one son, Dr. Clinton S. Koerner, Peoria, three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Klingbeil and Mrs. Iolene Checklin, both of Peoria and Mrs. Othalis Joop of Detroit, a sister Miss Ringel with home she made her home and a brother, Henry Ringel of Peoria and eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Three sisters and one brother preceded her in death.
