Sennie Treadwell Arrington, 81, longtime resident of Campostella Heights, passed away on September 30, 2011. She was born on June 25, 1930 in Tomahawk, NC to the late Lillie B. and Lewis Treadwell. She was a member of Christ's Temple. She is predeceased by her husband, Fred L. Arrington and daughter Gracie A. Dean. She leaves to cherish her memory, seven daughters, Sadie Arrington, Vernell Arrington, Brenda Banks, Doris Arrington, Eleanor Arrington, Teresa Arrington, and Katherine Wright; three sons, Frederick Arrington, Wendell Arrington, and James Arrington; two sisters, Annie Mae Highsmith and Jerlene Murphy; one brother Malcolm Treadwell; seventeen grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. The viewing will be from 12 noon to 8 p.m. on Friday. Services will be held at 12 noon Saturday at Hale Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
