Helen M. (Nichols) Moles

Helen M. (Nichols) Moles, 70, died Saturday, Sept. 25, 1999, at St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers in Beech Grove. She was a resident of Indianapolis.

She was born March 12, 1929, in Jackson County. Her parents were Lyman and Sylvia (Rinehart) Nichols. She married Kenneth E. Moles on Jan. 8, 1955. He survives. Other survivors include three daughters, Sherry L. Tatlock of Edinburgh, Joyce A. Rhymer of Carmel and Jennifer L. Young of Indianapolis; one son, James E. Moles of Indianapolis; one sister, Carolyn Williams of Columbus; one brother, Charles Nichols of Brownstown; one aunt, Golda Rinehart of Columbus; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was employed by St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers in Beech Grove as an information services representative for 20 years, retiring in 1991. She was previously a toll operator for Indiana Bell for 19 years.

She was a member of Garfield Park Christian Church.

A service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in White River Township.
