SHARON E. BUNNELL, 76, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011, at Parkview North Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne, she enjoyed reading, genealogy, cooking and spending time with friends and family. She loved her family and cherished all her grandchildren. She was a member of Trinity English Lutheran Church. Surviving are her daughter, Leslie (John) Wilson of Huntertown; sons, Louis (Maribel) Bunnell II of Fort Wayne and Loren (Ann) Bunnell of Huntertown; brothers, Richard Shipley of Cromwell, Norman Shipley of New Haven and Steven Shipley of Fort Wayne; sister, Norma Peterson of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Ryan (Katie) Wilson, Ian (Lauren) Wilson, Evan (Valerie) Wilson and Brooke, Louis III, Kelly, Jhony, Wade, and Abbey Bunnell; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Elenor Shipley; and husband, Louis Bunnell. Service is 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011 at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road with calling from 9 a.m. until time of service. Rev. Dr. Kathleen Haller officiating.
