"This "DeBurgh" is Charles R. DeBurgh. The information I have from genealogy records is that he was born in Ireland in 1841. During the Civil War he served as Captain of the 9th Mississippi Infantry. He married Harriet May Haskell in California in 1891. They had the following children:
Raymond Albert Deburgh - born June 1893 in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon. He died 1952 in Seattle, King County, Washington.
Hazel Deburgh - born May 1895 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon."
