Mr. Joseph A. Trimble of the Swoope neighborhood died on Thursday of last week, aged about 59 years. His funeral took place on Friday from at Hebron church. He was a brave Confederate soldier and served through the war. He and his three brothers were members of Capt. P.W. Wilson's company, one of whom was killed in battle. All of them proved to be the best of soldiers. He is survived by his wife and children who have the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.
