Obit of Curtis Dean Harmon
SINFIELD - Curtis Dean Harmon, 35, of Winfield died July 23, 1999, in General Division, CAMC, of injuries received in an automobile accident on U.S. 35. Police said Harmon's vehicle crossed the center line of the highway and crashed head-on into a Ford Econoline van. Harmon was general manager of Kanawha City Motel 6 and a graduate of Buffalo High School. Surviving: wife, Linda Ash Harmon; daughter, Terri Harmon, at home; parents, Tom and Daisy Harmon of Eleanor; sister, Kathy Harmon of Eleanor; brothers, Charlie Harmon of Hometown, Tommy and John Harmon, both of Eleanor; maternal grandmother, Lona Elkins of Eleanor. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo, with the Rev. Clyde Morris officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Eleanor. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
