Mary Louise Bisaha, 78, of Vandergrift, died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011, in The Arbors III at St. Barnabas in Gibsonia. Born Nov. 14, 1932, in Vandergrift, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Giovanina (Ciambala) Trunzo. A homemaker and lifelong resident of Vandergrift, Mary was a member of St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church in Vandergrift and a 1950 graduate of Vandergrift High School. She enjoyed listening to all types of music and traveling, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Mary was very proud of her Italian heritage, loved listening to Italian music and took her most memorable vacation to Italy. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew A. Bisaha, May 21, 2008, to whom she was married for 55 wonderful years. Survivors include two daughters, Anita B. (Kevin) Higgins, of Vienna, Va., and Alicia (Venena Hutcherson) Bisaha, of Plum; two sons, Andrew J. (Jared Ivy) Bisaha, of Oceanside, Calif., and Anthony (Debra) Bisaha, of Athens, W.Va.; seven grandchildren, Andrew, Joseph and Anthony Bisaha, Chloe, Brandon, Ariel and Evan Higgins; a great-grandson, Elijah Valentino Pardo; three brothers, Frank (Velma) Trunzo, of Washington Township, Nino (Sadie) Trunzo, of Leechburg, and Joseph (Dolly) Trunzo, of Florida; and three sisters, Phyllis Baranak, of Florida, Jean Maradei, of Vandergrift, and Edith Detman, of Allegheny Township. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the BRADY-CURRAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 429 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church with Father James Loew, OSB, as celebrant. Private burial will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Vandergrift. The family requests memorial contributions in Mary's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 1100 Liberty Ave., Suite E-201, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
