Mr. BALLINGER was born Oct. 11, 1949, in Sallisaw, to George William BALLINGER and Bonnie Versia (PETREE) BALLINGER. He died Monday, Jan. 12, 1998, in Sallisaw.
Survivors include one daughter, Arlene; three sons, Clark Wayne, Mark Lee and Travis Grayson; one step-daughter Amy Michelle; nine grandchildren; and his parents G. W. and Bonnie BALLINGER.
Mr. BALLINGER was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Kay BROYLES in 1980.
