Sophia Suder Adams, 87, of Melbourne Beach, Fla., formerly of Chambersburg, died April 13, 1995 in the Arbors at Melbourne. Born April 5, 1908 in Meyersdale, daughter of the late Calvin, and Elizabeth (Weimer) Suder. Preceded in death by husband, Henry P. in 1989. Survived by these children: Patricia Bursey of Melbourne Beach, A. Richard Adams of Ijamesville, Md., four granddaughters, also a sister, Mary Crowe of Berlin. Member of Zion Reform Church of Chambersburg. A graduate of University of Pittsburgh Nursing School. Member of White Shrine of Chambersburg. Friends will be received 7-9 pm Sunday at Leckemby Funeral Home, and graveside service will held 2 pm Monday with Rev. Carl W. Schwarm. Interment, Union Cemetery. Family suggests contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
