Stanford in 1866, and to this union were born two children, Pony Stanford of Mobile, Alabama, and Mrs. Bettie Douglas of this place. "Aunt Cenda," as she was lovingly called by all who knew her, will be sadly missed. Rev. R.F. Blankenship conducted the funeral service in the presence of a large crowd where she was laid to rest by the side of her husband who preceded her to the grave about 20 years ago.

At the age of 77, Thomas L. died on 4 Aug 1918. Buried in Aug 1918 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in 7th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1850. Resided in District 16, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1870.
