The death of Mrs. Agnes MacPherson, mother of our townsman, D. J. MacPherson, occurred last evening at 7 o'clock, much to the grief of very many friends. The venerable lady had been an invalid for many months, and passed away at last serenely firm in the religious trust that had been a marked characteristic of her life. The funeral will take place at her son's residence, 2999 Adella avenue, tomorrow at 2:30 pm under direction of Ramond Bros.
