A native and life resident of Fort Worth, Helen Ginsburg Archenhold was the daughter of Nathan and Molly Ginsburg. She married R.C. Archenhold on April 6, 1946.
Helen was a graduate of R.L. Paschal High School and received a degree in elementary education with a minor in speech from the University of Texas at Austin in 1945. She took post-graduate courses at TCU toward a master's degree in child psychology and special education.
A 26-year associate of Neiman-Marcus in Coutures, Helen helped many Fort Worth women to "look their best. " During her leisure time, she enjoyed needlepoint.
She was a member of Beth-El Congregation and Colonial Country Club.
Survivors: Husband of 52 years, R.C. Archenhold of Fort Worth; sons, Bob Archenhold and his wife, Susan, Mike Archenhold and Ralph Archenhold; and sister, Jeanette G. Ginsberg.
