Adaline was the daughter of Bobby and Minnie B. (Williams) Keck. She was 71 years old. Adaline and her husband, Charles E. Chalfin, were married April 26, 1941, in Toledo. She was a resident of Monroe and passed away at St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio.
For about 12 years, she was employed as a receptionist for Dr. William Fritz. She then worked for five years as a salesperson at the former Federal Deartment Store.
She was a member of the Raisinville Baptist Church, and the auxilliary to Carleton Post 4092, Veterans of Foreign wars.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Robert C. of Newport and Charles Jr. of Flat Rock; a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Darla J.) LaBo of Flat Rock; a brother, Warren G. Keck of Las Vegas, Nev; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by nine brothers, two sisters, and a grandson.

Adaline was laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle, Mi.

Rest in Heavenly Peace Dear Cousin.
