Winnie Pearl Adee
MILTONVALE — Winnie Pearl Adee, 95, formerly of Miltonvale, died Sunday, Nov. 9, at St. Mary's Hospital, Manhattan. Mrs. Adee was born Jan. 17, 1891, in Minneapolis. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mount Liberty United Methodist Church and Mount Liberty Flower Circle, both south of Miltonvale.
Her husband, Oscar, died in 1962.
Survivors include a son, Elvin of Wells; a daughter, Aileen Fuller Mall of Manhattan; two sisters, Zoe Pingrey of Eudora and Elise Grinter of Tonganoxie; five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Mount Liberty United Methodist Church, south of Miltonvale, the Rev. Ralph Thorn officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Liberty Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church or the Leonardville Nursing Home. Visitation is at the Phelps Funeral Home, Miltonvale.
