Funeral services for William Odis Albritton, 78, of 301 Circle Dr., West Monroe, were to be at 2 p.m. today at McClendon Baptist Church in West Monroe with the Rev. Herman Savoie officiating.

Burial was to be in Epps Cemetery in Epps under the direction of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home of West Monroe.

Mr. Albritton died Saturday at Glenwood Hospital in West Monroe after a brief illness. He was a native of Point, a resident of West Monroe for 14 years and a retired employe of the Louisiana Highway Department.

Survivors include one son, Gerald C. Albritton of Gautier, Miss.; three daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Stephens of West Monroe, Mrs. Josephine Papelette of Metairie and Mrs. Mae Ferne Sansong of Swartz; 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Roy Riley, Larry McNeeley, Carl McBeth, Alvin Thames and Rex Ivy, Jack Richey.
