Services for Joseph S. Kollar, 49 [1920], of 160 Candlevvood drive, Stratford, who died Friday in his home, will take place tomorrow at 1:15 p.m. in the Adzima funeral home, 591 Arctic street, and at 2 o'clock in St. John the Baptist Carpatho Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic church, with the Rev. John Markovich, officiating. Burial will be in St. John's cemetery, Stratford.
Born in Bridgeport, Mr. Kollar had lived in the Bridgeport-Stratford area all his life. He was an Army veteran of World War II He was employed at Sikorski Aircraft corporation as a technical writer.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Potok Kollar, son, Joseph Kollar, Jr., of Stratford; two daughters, Miss Deborah and Miss Cathy Kollar of Stratford; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Holly of Milford; Mrs. Irene Leso of Bridgeport; Mrs. Ann Yuhasz of California, and Mrs. Dorothy Bartek of Bridgeport; and several nieces and nephews
