Albert D. Beachy, aged 60 years of age, a native of Milford Township, was killed recently in an auto accident in Chicago. He was the eldest son of Daniel L. Beachy. Deceased was a prominent insurance man. He is survived by his mother, widow of the late Jacob D. Livengood, of Salisbury; Mrs. Jacob M. Musser, of Berlin, a sister; and a brother, Cyrus M. Beachy, of Wichata[sic], Kansas.

Raised to the degree of Master Mason on December 10, 1891 in Dearborn Lodge No. 310, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, at Chicago. Exalted in La Fayette Chapter No. 2, Royal Arch Masons, also at Chicago.

Funeral services were held September 20, 1915 at the Masonic Home Temple, 3120 Forest Avenue, Chicago, under the auspices of Dearborn Lodge, No. 310, A. F. and A. M. Buried in the La Fayette Chapter No. 2 section at Rosehill Cemetery.
